DIRECTOR, CLIENT SERVICES



In this unique position, you will be a key contributor to two different types of market research projects – longitudinal consumer panel tracking and custom surveys.



Key Responsibilities: Meet with clients to discuss business issues and research needs Prepare proposals, questionnaires and analysis plans Extract data from consumer panel databases or survey tabulations, and develop analyses/presentations to address client business issues Present panel or survey findings/recommendations to client management Oversee execution of panel and custom research projects, ensuring timely and accurate fieldwork & reporting Build relationships with current clients, as well as identify potential business growth opportunities for Ipsos



Qualifications: Minimum of six years experience with a market research supplier or equivalent Experience with consumer panel tracking and custom market research surveys Knowledge of the financial services industry very helpful Excellent written and oral communication, interpersonal and presentation skills Experience managing one or more direct reports is highly desirable Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s Degree is a plus) Position based in Manhattan, although would consider a strong candidate in the Parsippany, NJ office
