Director, Creative and Interactive - help drive future of firm; integrate traditional, interactive

Not only will you help shape this newly created role, but you also will help create the present and future of a firm with a strong reputation for multi-disciplinary, multi-media integrated marketing. Your mission will be to ensure we continue to merge PR, marketing communications, and interactive development into leading-edge multimedia solutions. At Vanguard Communications we combine solid creativity with the latest technologies, including doing our own R&D. While you'll enjoy the camaraderie and entrepreneurial spirit of an intimate company, we are pursuing a number of diverse growth strategies.

You will lead the creative/interactive department in developing and producing all creative and interactive marketing communications, including developing and implementing strategies to enhance the firm's creative and interactive communications strengths. To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have a strong creative background, whether in writing or design (or both), as well as experience with interactive media, including SEO and SEM. We're looking for a professional with solid people management skills including the ability to persuade and motivate highly creative and technical people.
