Come help us meet the demand and be part of one of the advertising industry's fastest growing segments!Position Summary: The Director, Information Technology, reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, will direct, plan and manage internal operations of the IT infrastructure; provide highly technical and responsible staff assistance; manage special projects; serve as department head in the absence of the Chief Technology Officer; and perform all other related duties.Responsibilities:' Plan and implement additions, deletions and major modifications to the supporting infrastructure in coordination with corporate leadership.' Oversee the implementation of network security, planning and management of company-wide telephone systems, upgrade efforts and on-going maintenance contracts.' Manage the total IT infrastructure and anticipate future network needs.' Work with Accounting to develop budgets and oversee all IT related purchasing.' Oversee training and management of IT Team and help desk. Qualifications:' BA/BS in computer science, computer information systems or technical management. Advanced degree in a related area is a plus. ' At least 10 years of experience in the information technology field required.' At least 3 years of direct interaction with executive business management. ' Detail-oriented and ability to multi-task.' Excellent time management and job prioritization skills required.' Ability to interact well with other departments, work individually or as part of a group on special projects.Technical Qualifications:' MS Exchange, Win Virtual Server, Server 2003, VM Ware, SQL Server, Oracle 11.x, Sharepoint, familiarity with content and identity management systems.' OS ' Windows, Linux, Unix.' Satellite store and forward distribution systems and reliable transport.' Experience with routers and switches ' minimum of Cisco CCNA required.' Programming languages: C, C++, Visual Basic, PHP, Java, Web Services, SQL and Oracle.' Programming: Object oriented design and implementation.' Network protocols and routers: Reliable Transport, IP, TCP/IP, Gige and 100BT.' Content Distribution Networks.AA/EOE
