PPC operations also include Paramount Digital Entertainment, Paramount Home Entertainment, Paramount Pictures International, Paramount Licensing Inc., Paramount Studios and Worldwide Television Distribution.Description:As a Director of Mobile Operations and Programming at Paramount Pictures Mobile, you will report to the Vice President of Mobile, North America and interface with Mobile production teams. You will be responsible for programming and managing all key mobile distribution platforms; including, understanding each distribution platforms unique specifications and programming needs, preparing content to be delivered both on and off deck, coordinating all key advertising and marketing efforts on the platforms, tracking traffic and revenue, and ensuring the prompt and appropriate resolution of partner related issues. This requires outstanding communication and partner management skills along with demonstrated mobile and entertainment experience. Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:* Program Paramount's mobile video and personalization channels on carrier partners' decks and third party partner's decks* Work with Mobile production to meet all partner requirements for content delivery and ensure timely delivery of mobile content submissions* Manage day-to-day marketing and advertising on all distribution channels, including, WAP, Web-to-mobile and Carrier partner's decks* Monitor all reporting across distribution channels * Maintain strong direct relationships with key partners and ensure prompt resolution to any issuesQualifications:Basic qualifications:* Minimum 3 years the mobile industry that includes carrier experience* Solid programming and partner management experienceDesired skills:* Passion for mobile entertainment and strong understanding of the medium's limitations and possibilities with respect to mobile entertainment* Strong attention to both detail and big picture* Desire to work as a part of a team; strong interpersonal skills relating to cooperation and collaboration* Drive to take on responsibilities and do whatever it takes to get the job done * BA preferredEligibility requirements:* Interested candidates must submit a resume/CV online to be considered * Must be willing to submit to a background investigation* Must be able to show eligibility to work in the United StatesParamount Pictures is an Equal Opportunity EmployerJob ID # 1349Salary/Benefits: Salary commensurate with experienceJob Location: Hollywood, CAJob Number: 5195Company URL: http://www.paramount.com/careers
