DescriptionAre you looking for an exciting career in print advertising?  Our Director of Client Services is the primary client interface that is responsible for managing the daily activities of the account and develops strategic initiatives with the client.  You will be responsible for managing and maintain store forecasting and budgeting, proactively reviewing and troubleshoot processes, assisting the client in defining client requirements and expectations.   You will manage the daily operations of a large Retail account and provide overall support and guidance to the client and direct account personnel. This position is located in Greenville, SC, Clifton Park, NY or Atlanta, GA.  A relocation package is available. If you have at least five years experience in corporate retail or newspaper placement, proven success in providing leadership, training and developing staff, attaining superior customer satisfaction while also driving company profitability, this is the position you have been looking for. Qualified candidates will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Business. Equivalent work experience in the newspaper or corporate retail marketing field is acceptable. Additional requirements are as follows: 5 years of account management experience in corporate retail or newspaper placement.  Leadership/supervisory experience with proven success in providing professional leadership, training, development and day to day instruction to staff Ability to demonstrate independent judgment in making decisions related to the account operation Proven success in providing high levels of customer service to clients Experience in developing new business strategies.
