SAP U.S. Labs is seeking a Director of Community Experience to design and implement programs and solutions that promote innovation, strategic partnerships, technology breakthroughs and customer satisfaction and success. You will work directly with programs with the internal SAP Labs’ organization including Research & Development, Sales, Product and Program Management, and SAP Ventures. EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS As the Director of Community Experience, you will work closely with SAP executives and with engineering and business teams as well as with key partners and customers. The programs you create and the key decisions you make will define the paths for achieving the goals and strengthening performances of SAP operations in North America and Canada. You will be the evangelist, the person who creates and drives initiatives that fosters client satisfaction and enhances partner relationships. You should have high level of energy, a passion for technology and an entrepreneurial drive to solve business problems. Success in this position will be strategic programs that connect, motivate, and enhance the relationships among SAP employees, partners, and customers. Responsibilities* Facilitate all aspects of project planning for SAP Labs in North America and Canada. * Build strong cross-functional relationships between local and remote facilities. * Manage incubation and rollout of local / national programs. * Serve as liaison between primary and remote sites, Human Resources and Communication teams and obtain feedback on future program requests. * Ensure there is a firm understanding within the Sector regarding the “go-to-market” strategies of each of the Labs solutions. * Serve as an effective internal champion for Labs solutions and provide knowledge transfer to colleagues as needed. WORK EXPERIENCE * Excellent presentation, written and communication skills. * Excellent leadership, persuasion and negotiating skills. * Comfortable working with top level executives. * Strong organizational and analytical skills. * Excellent project management skills.
