Our client, an exciting high-profile financial services organization with corporate offices in Fort Worth, Texas, is seeking a talented, high-energy individual for its newly created Director of Internal Communications position, reporting directly to the Chief Marketing Officer.

 

Responsibilities include:Creating and executing internal communications strategies incorporating innovative solutionsCompleting major writing assignments and supervising the activities of the internal communications functionProviding consultation to senior executive teams to assist in identifying strategic communications objectives to support corporate goalsSupporting and leading corporate marketing teams to identify and produce compelling story ideas that educate, entertain and inspire internal and external clients.

 

Requirements include:Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism or related fieldAt least 10 years’ progressive experience in corporate marketing, corporate communications and/or journalism, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
