 Job Purpose:

·  Promotes product/service by defining, developing, and implementing advertising and sales promotion programs in the Latino Community using bilingual advertising means (Radio, Television, printed material) both internal and external.

Some of the responsibilities include:

* Defines advertising objectives, campaigns, and budgets by studying marketing plans; consulting with product and market managers.

* Selects internal/external media vendors by determining production requirements.

* Achieves advertising financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; using combinations of internal/ external resources; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.

* Ensures supply of promotional literature by monitoring inventories; keeping product information current.

* Develops advertising and sales promotion programs by utilizing media advertising, direct mail, trade shows, publicity, point-of-purchase, and audiovisual presentations.

* Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
