Director of Online Marketing

Winning Strategies ITS, a fast growing new media agency located in North Jersey/NYC Metro has a senior level career opportunity available for Director of Online Marketing. This highly strategic leadership position requires innovation, fresh thinking, and a true entrepreneurial spirit (this means you’ll roll up your sleeves and make things happen). The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of company’s online marketing strategy/plans and will be able to see the impact of their efforts first-hand. Our client seeks to harness the power of online marketing as a key component of their overall marketing/communications plan with the goal of increased awareness of the company and new business generation. This is the “outside the box” culture where a creative and dynamic marketing professional will have the opportunity to shine. Of course, a great personality and sense of humor is a must!

Responsibilities:
•Lead team responsible for online strategies and web projects
•Develop online marketing strategy and subsequent branded products, services and offerings
•Create effective consumer awareness building strategies
•Use diverse means to achieve marketing objectives
•Work closely with other members of the online marketing team, to achieve goals
•Develop effective and measurable new account generation strategy and processes
•Develop report process to accurately track customer acquisition costs to achieve optimal return on investment (ROI)
•Create reporting dashboards that will measure program performance
•Identify and execute strategies and measurable processes that improve program performance based on the above metrics

Qualifications:
•Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business or related field preferred
•MBA a plus but not required
•Four (4) years of relevant experience in a firm with experience working on major clients at an agency
•Proven track record of identifying fresh, forward-thinking techniques to reach online marketing goals
•Business to Consumer and Business to Business experience
•Strong experience in online marketing in the political field a plus
•Financial focused marketing perspective; sees plans in terms of ROI and measurable results with a track record of successfully delivered results in an ROI based environment
•Proven capabilities in the planning and execution of complex online marketing programs
•Collaborative team player willing to jump in where necessary to achieve goals and promote company growth
