E-Marketing Specialist

 

The Opportunity

 

Oversees all aspects of web-based marketing, web site development, email and on-going maintenance. Must be well-versed in pay per click advertising, and search engine optimization. Work closely with other members of the marketing team, to generate brand-compliant content optimized for search engine rankings while providing visitors with a rich, informative experience consistent with usability best practices. Monitor viewer behavior and trends, reporting pertinent information in a standardized format, and adapting content, design and technology to maximize site metrics.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 Day to day management of primary website, alternate domains, and maintaining our business unit content section on the corporate website Ensure website supports engaging, educational visitor experience in terms of content, design, offerings, and navigation. Design, implement and monitor search engine optimization (SEO) strategy, maximizing natural search traffic on critical search engines (e.g., Google, Yahoo, AOL). Review, optimize and monitor pay-per-click (PPC) advertising campaigns within the guidelines of established budgets. Work closely with marketing team to design and produce compelling on-line advertising campaigns; develop, test and implement campaign-specific landing pages as required. Work with external creative firm on website design enhancements. Increase email and web app submit and conversion Implement Google AdWords; monitor campaign ROI and modify strategy to maximize results Maintain online event database; implement changes as required in support of business activities. Evaluate OFC websites for brand compliance and link placement; recommend changes as appropriate for business objectives. Monitor competitor’s websites; ensure that content and user experience for our website reflect industry leadership position. Manage email campaigns in accordance with corporate guidelines and industry best practices.

 

Your Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

 Bachelor' s degree in Marketing, web-related degree, or applicable field or equivalent work experience  Minimum five years experience in an advertising or marketing environment Must have experience with coding and editing Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines Excellent verbal and written communication skills Exceptional customer service skills Must have a "Can Do" attitude Must be able to provide url examples of work to be considered
