E-Metrics Marketing Analyst

 

 

Small, fast-growing, direct (on-line) marketing agency in Northern New Jersey is seeking an e-marketing professional with 1-3 years industry experience to analyze results of cross-channel marketing programs. 

 

Candidates must have a “can do” attitude with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.  Strong analytic skills and significant knowledge of Microsoft Excel and business intelligence software is required.  Knowledge of e-metrics and 2 years experience in an e-marketing environment is preferred.

 

Key responsibilities include generating monthly and quarterly reports from multiple internal and external data sources, documenting procedures, and developing new metrics and dashboards.  Additional duties include:Interacting with Account Services contacts to handle ad-hoc reporting requestsDeveloping benchmarking metrics across all company programsDocumenting reporting processes and specificationsWorking with the Director of Analytics to develop new and creative ways to present information to our clients 

 

Qualifications:2+ years of Analytic experience – ability to work with disparate data sources and find insightsExpert Excel skills – pivot tables, functions, formulas and experience working with multiple data tablesKnowledge of business intelligence tools such as OmnitureDirect Marketing (especially direct-to-patient) experience

 

Desired:2-3 years of business experience preferably in a pharmaceutical environment2 years - Internet / e-marketing experience
