Public Relations Account Coordinator – Downtown Dayton

 

Edward Howard, one of the nation’s leading public relations firms, is currently seeking an entry-level account coordinator to assist a senior level team of public relations professionals by managing the daily administrative office functions and performing public relations work in our downtown Dayton, Ohio office location. 

 

requirements

»  Four-year degree in public relations or related field

»  Solid Microsoft Office skills (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

»  Exceptional communication and language skills

»  Excellent writing skills

»  Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a wide range of variables

»  Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

»  Provide general office support (faxing, copying, phone system)

»  Coordinate and organize staff schedules/calendars

»  Prepare and revise proposals, press releases, invoices and correspondence
