White Paper Trafficking Specialist

 

TechTarget is seeking a White Paper Trafficking Specialist for our Operations Team. In this position, you will work closely with multiple internal teams to ensure the successful execution of white paper campaigns including all associated promotions. The ideal candidate will be detail oriented, capable of multi-tasking, and deadline driven.

Responsibilities Include:Review deliverables documents for specification compliance Work with multiple internal applications to syndicate and publish  White Papers to the TechTarget network Work with Client Services and Site Marketing to ensure a successful campaign is deliveredEnter meta-data, keywords and catalog terms to ensure Search Engine Optimization (SEO)Generate e-mail promotions using internal applicationsWork with team members on an on-going basis to conduct quality controlLook for opportunity to improve process and create efficienciesOptimizing low-performing campaigns through email sponsorshipsWork with Product Development to troubleshoot campaigns

 

Requirements:Ability to work in a fast-paced, fun environment Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Attention to detail a must Ability to manage and execute on multiple tasks Familiarity with HTML desirable Ability to work independently in a deadline oriented environment Ability to troubleshoot and resolve problems independently and with internal department Excellent organizational and time-management skills – Must efficiently meet deadlines B.A. or B.S. degree required 0 – 2 years working experience
