Entry-Level Human Resources Training

These openings are essential to the success of our company, as they are the future leaders of KBN Promotions. We offer comprehensive, hands on training, where qualified individuals will be trained in the following areas:

• Human Resources
• Account Coordination
• Event Marketing
• Administration Strategic Planning
• Recruiting
• Team Management
• Public Relations

Responsibilities:
As a human resource manager in training, the right candidates will begin training at ground level, learning day-to-day operations. They will then master the skills needed to effectively manage an office on a daily basis. These tasks include keeping track of profits and losses, teaching and interviewing, overseeing promotions, and managing a portfolio of established clients. Trainees will also provide daily support to the Training and Campaign Managers. When training is complete, these new managers will manage national campaigns and a staff of marketing professionals.

This is a fantastic opportunity for recent college graduates, or individuals looking for a career change.
