Close To My Heart a growing scrap booking company in Pleasant Grove Utah is in need of an energetic, experienced, and creative Manager of Events.  This is a FT benefited position with the following responsibilities: identify, plan, and develop budgets and procedures for the department, organize and plan corporate events, research sale aides for events, advance the Events processes of the Company with other departments and outside vendors, and lead the Events Planning team.

 

Qualifications include:  a minimum of 5 years Event Planning/Management experience, excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills, and the ability to manage several projects at once. We are looking for a friendly, creative, and dynamic individual.  A bachelor’s degree in Public Relations or Marketing is preferred, though non-college graduates will be considered.  Previous work in the Direct Sales industry a plus. Some travel required.
