Calls are predominantly routine, but may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures. Primary duties will include delivering a high level of service through identifying relationship opportunities; matching appropriate products to customers needs; performing account maintenance inquiries; and migrating customers to alternative methods. Additional responsibilities include investigating and resolving a wide variety of issues and requests to include probing for additional information from customers, and setting expectations. Customer Service Representatives act as experts possessing knowledge on a wide array of products and services and by using appropriate resources to resolve customer requests. This position is accountable for a successful customer experience. Qualifications Candidate must be able to speak, write and interpret in Spanish thoroughly. Entry level position, customer service call center experience preferred but not required. Demonstrated passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers. Highly developed sense of integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Requires basic knowledge of the organization, products and/or services. Clear and concise written and oral communication skills Willingness to work a flexible schedule to include weekends Ability to operate in a multi-task environment.  Strong detail orientation skills. Superb organizational skills and attention to detail with a positive ‘can-do’ attitude are critical requirements. Ability to work with people of diverse backgrounds. Proficient in use of personal computer, including MS Office Suite.
