The Administrative Manager will provide administrative support within the President’s office; this includes- heavy travel and meeting scheduling, researching, meeting preparation, and handling confidential documents. This position will also include composing memos, transcribing notes, and creating presentations. The Administrative Manager will generate reports, handle multiple projects, and prepare and monitor invoices and expense reports. In addition, this position will also support the sales and marketing team per the CEO’s direction.

The ideal candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree, 2-5 plus years of relevant administrative support experience to a senior-level executive, including 3 years experience managing senior-level calendar/travel arrangements.  The ideal candidate will also possess the ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Have the ability to work on multiple projects, handle fast paced environment, and meet deadlines as well as work independently and as a team is required. Must be comfortable taking verbal letters and/or memos. Experience working with all levels of the organization, especially with senior-level executives is required. Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite is a must. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communications, judgment and organizational skills are essential. Travel required 3-4 times a year.
