PPC operations also include Paramount Digital Entertainment, Paramount Home Entertainment, Paramount Pictures International, Paramount Licensing Inc., Paramount Studios and Worldwide Television Distribution.Description:Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:* Assist in the preparation of all executive work product* Market Research (sales opportunities, market trends, technology trends) in Latin America* Enter prospects and contract terms into deal tracking system* Internal and external distribution of agreements, correspondence and presentations* Answer phones, schedule appointments/confirm meetings/maintain daily schedules, photocopy material, facsimile/e-mail distribution and route incoming and outgoing mail that may include large distribution lists* Compose and generate letters and memos; back-up proof reading and editing on documents prepared by supervisor* Collect, review and summarize digital industry research, news reports and other materials* Generate expense reports* Liaise with internal departments and external entities as needed* Create and maintain filesQualifications:This Executive Assistant role will provide administrative support to the VP World Wide Digital Operations in the Paramount Pictures Digital Media Group.Basic qualifications:* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 2 years experience in the gaming, media, mobile and/or entertainment industry) required* Proficient with Outlook, Excel, Work, PowerPoint and internet software Desired experience:* Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with staff, internal and external contacts and senior management* Must be adept at multi-tasking, prioritizing, and managing projects in a fast paced environment* Experience in the gaming, media, mobile and/or entertainment industry highly desirable* Entertainment experience highly desired * Ability to speak Brazilian Portuguese or Spanish highly preferred* Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills are highly desired* Ability to demonstrate good judgment and the ability to deal with confidential and sensitive issues with tactEligibility requirements:* Interested candidates must submit a resume/CV online to be considered * Must be willing to submit to a background investigation* Must be able to show eligibility to work in the United StatesParamount Pictures is an Equal Opportunity EmployerJob ID # 1394Salary/Benefits: Salary commensurate with experienceJob Location: Hollywood, CAJob Number: 5219Company URL: http://www.paramount.com/careers
