We are looking for a talented Executive Assistant/Office Manager to support the COO and managing a growing office.  If you are energetic, solutions orientated, resourceful, organized, have excellent computer skills and are attentive to details and ready to take initiative to achieve great things- we have an an immediate opportunity for you!

In this role, you would be responsible for:Conserving the COO's time by managing requests, calendar, tasks, and projects Making all the necessary travel arrangements and preparing itinerariesTaking independent action on handling requests and determining the appropriate course of actionPreparing and processing all expense reports Taking meeting notes and following up on action steps Ensuring the smooth functioning of the office facilities including office space, supplies, inventories, and maintenance of office equipmentManaging the Reception area  Ensuring the Receptionist has the tools, coaching, direction, and is supported with the appropriate systems and processesPlan, organize, and manage office meetings and events  Perform project work and additional tasks as needed

The right fit exists for someone who has:3-5 years supporting a 'C' level Executive Highly skilled in MS Office programs- including Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power PointExcellent interpersonal skillsProven ability to manage tasks with competing deadlines and independently determine the appropriate order of priority Able to take correction action upon receiving feedback and/or direction Strong problem solving skills and critical thinking skillsOutstanding attention to details  and follow up skills Experience leading a team member is highly desirable
