This position requires strong analytical, presentation, interpersonal skills and business acumen.

O Support the manager of FSI planning and analysis in the development of the Operations annual budget and quarterly forecasts.

O Support the manager of FSI panning and analysis in the income statement development of the FSI International annual budget and quarterly forecasts.

O Develop and maintain methodologies to track business teams performance vs budgeted goals

O Work closely with the Accounting department to ensure budget and forecasts are consistent with balance sheet account reconciliations

O Support the Finance and Operating teams with analysis to ensure pricing, new product, and productivity decisions maximize profits.

O Finance point person that ensures profits are maximized in closing the International inserts.

Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting

3 to 5 years of Finance or Accounting experience with increasing responsibilities.

O Strong Analytical Skills

O Strong Excel skills

O Knowledge of Oracle Financial Systems and Hyperion Essbase, and Siebel a plus

Periodic travel to NYC office.
