Flash ActionScripter

We need an ActionScripter. If you can animate in Flash too, awesome, but ultimately we need someone that can take our most complex design and ideas and transform it using ActionScript into a working Flash application. Here are the criteria:1) You know AS2 very well and are starting to learn AS3.2) You never say "I doubt that will work." You may say "that won't work" if you bring (or help us brainstorm) a solution that will, however.3) You’re not afraid to talk to humans and a sarcastic sense of humor is not lost on you.4) You’re an eager learner who wants to be part of a team of great designers and programmers. If you think you’ll fit in here, great. But we don’t just want you to fit in -- we want you to expand our capabilities and our thinking. We want you to come to the table with a different way to get the job done, or a new technology that you don’t know but will figure out overnight, or a programming solution we might not have thought of. Your previous experience and education are great, and we'd like to know about all of it, but it's not everything to us. Prove that you're a fun person with an incredible skill set as described above and the job is (probably) yours.Why work here? It's crazy fun.
