A leading bicoastal advertising company (New York/Los Angeles) is seeking a qualified individual to be a Flash Designer/Developer with our Online Media department in our NY Office. This is a demanding position in a fast-paced office. Qualified candidates will have 3+ years experience working in the internet advertising industry. The ideal candidate will also be a conscientious, professional, and proactive individual. Qualifications/Requirements:
The prospective candidate will design and develop online Flash based direct response ads and components. Projects include but are not limited to banners, micro sites and website design and production. The ideal person will be also be a team player with the ability to make our clients and department shine.
Additional Requirements (a must!):Ability to design and develop Flash based ads and components (i.e. Flash interactive video; movie conversion to Flash; Intro animation; Flash base navigation)Creativity on the webAbility to multitaskAbility to follow creative direction as well as work independently in a fast-past environmentMust maintain clear communication with Creative Director, Creative Team and Account Team
