Key Responsibilities

• Develop innovative, efficient, 100% bug-free Flash websites and motion presentations that surpass our client’s expectations

• Work with Art Director to design and build compelling high quality solutions

• Utilize strong conceptual and design skills to bring ideas to life

• Shape the details of a project by providing cutting edge techniques and technologies

• Coordinate with programmers on integrating functions and objects into visual design

• Manage deadlines and execute on-time and on-task

• Stay current with browser, production tool, and technology advancements

• Design new, innovative ways for users to interact with websites

 Additional Responsibilities

•Act as a technical/tactical resource for the creative teams

•Help to refine and improve the production process

Requirements

Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with a minimum of three years experience in a digital/production environment, or the equivalent combination of work experience and education

• Experience in a client-service environment preferred

Technical:

Must have expert knowledge in the following:

• Adobe Flash

• Adobe Illustrator

• Adobe Photoshop / Fireworks

• Web architecture and Internet protocols

Should have strong working knowledge in some of the following:

• Adobe Production Suite (CS2/3 – Premiere, After Effects…)

• Adobe Dreamweaver

• Microsoft Expression Web (Legacy Frontpage)

• Actionscript 2.0, 3.0

• HTML

• CSS

• Javascript

Interpersonal:

• Strong conceptual and design skills

• Keen attention to detail

• The ability to use exceptional organizational, written and verbal skills toward being an active diplomat and problem solver

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

• Strong desire to learn and willingness to take initiative

• Must be able to work within a multi-segmented team
