Flash Developer

Eisenberg And Associates has an immediate need for a Flash Developer to help create and build next generation web sites and web-based applications for our customers.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years experience in:
• Ability to manage time and tasks, and work effectively with the project team.
• Flash design and animation
• Flash Actionscript/Programming

Must also have a strong knowledge in:
• Macromedia Flash
• CSS & Table-free layout
• HTML, XHTML
• JavaScript, DHTML
• Cross-browser & Cross-platform development
• Dreamweaver and HTML Editors such as Homesite, BBEdit
• Web graphics optimization
• Photoshop

Experience with any of the following is a plus:
• Content Management Systems
• W3C Compliance Conventions
• LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP)
• AJAX, Dynamic Scripting & Emerging Development trends such as Web 2.0
• MS SQL, Access
• Experience working in an agency environment
