Flash/Interactive Developer

Job Description
Real Art Design Group is looking for a full time Flash/Interactive developer for the Chicago, IL office.


Job Requirements
• Ability to take on and manage multiple, ongoing projects
• Proficient at Actionscript 2.0/Flash Object Oriented Scripting
• Determined Flash problem-solver
• Flash integration with back-end technologies (ASP, Cold Fusion), experience with Flashremoting helpful
• Strong design sense, proficient with CS Web Development Suite
• HTML/CSS experience
• Familiarity JavaScript/DOM Scripting
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to take the lead on projects, directing traffic between designers and developers and taking direction from Project Managers
• Speak strongly about methodology and Flash terminology
• Keep up with web trends, find ways to integrate into project concepts, workflow
