Flash Production Designer

Our client has an immediate opening for a Flash Production Designer in our Atlanta office. This person is responsible for creating Flash animations for online advertising, websites and other Flash-based elements. The ideal candidate will offer expertise in design, animation and flash programming.  A strong background in rich media development is essential. This is a permanent position.Qualifications:· 2+ years experience in a full time Flash design position catering to brand name clients  · 2+ years experience managing design projects from concept to end · Experience Flashing web related projects from ad banners to multi-page web sites· Expert knowledge of animation, color, space, typography, and the formal design process · Expert knowledge of Flash, including advanced Action Scripting, Flash video, etc.· Expert knowledge of Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere and other Flash-related applications. Knowledge of 3D design and animation a plus· Must have a strong understanding of how to create a consistent look and message, and the ability to extend an established look-and-feel through a variety of interactive implementations and media· Ability to listen to clients’ directions and come up with creative ways to meet requests· Ability to design for multiple projects with varying timelines· Research and evaluate new design technologies· Ability to work and thrive in a team environment· Detail oriented, possessing strong organizational skills in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.· Strong interpersonal skills required  RemX IT Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer
