Jack Morton’s Boston office has an opening for a Creative Director with interactive expertise.  The person in this role will work closely with other account team members to craft appropriate creative strategies, with a Digital focus, and deliver best in class creative for client solutions.

Responsibilities:Creative StrategyPartner with account teams to define, drive and deliver the creative vision and direction of integrated marketing solutions (digital, print, events, etc.).

 Flawless Creative ExecutionProvide design direction on websites and marketing communicationsEnsure consistency and quality of designProvide expertise on information architecture, site map, user flow and wireframe and comp development

 Creative Team Leadership Execute best in class design by understanding brand standards and pushing the right boundariesKeep each project on track with design and contentDrive internal reviews with lead Creative Director and Account Team

 Client ManagementPresent client solutionsParticipate in client reviewsParticipate in growth of the client business through additional digital work

 

Requirements: BA/BS Degree in Arts; MA preferred but not required5+ years related design experience; 7+ years total advertising/marketing experiencePrevious experiencing managing a creative staff on the production of online marketing tools and/or websitesStrong to superior written and verbal communications skills, including presentation and solid idea generation skillsStrong knowledge of brand positioning and industry trendsStrong understanding and familiarity with technology and technology trends

· Must possess ability to handle numerous projects at one time and meet fast turnaround deadlines

· Strong understanding of web site structure, UI and functionality.Demonstrate business development and creative competencies: client focus, accountability for results, team leadership, organizational sophistication, influencing others, ingenuity, sales drive and communicating ideas
