Freelance Graphic Production Artist

seeks Freelance Graphic Production Artist to work in the print studio

 

You're a studio professional who can work in a fast paced environment. Excellent organization skills are required to successfully handle multiple projects on deadline. You will be required to prepare mechanical files, produce comps for presentations and new business pitches. Must have very good knowledge of Adobe programs. Must be able to work flexible days and hours staring at 12 noon. Good communication skills required.

 

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years agency experience

• Proficient skill level in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and

Mac-based desktop publishing tools (Acrobat, PowerPoint etc.)

• Experienced in comp scanning, retouching and color correction

• Ability to quality control files and pre-flight documents

• Attention to detail, consistency, and accuracy

• Excellent organization skills

• Knowledgeable in font management

• Strong problem solver who can conceptualize and adapt rapidly

• Ability to efficiently and effectively multitask

• Good communication skills: oral, written, and graphic
