Position-Front Desk Assistant/Receptionist

 

We are looking for an energetic and organized individual to fill the role of front desk receptionist.  The desired candidate would ideally have some previous receptionist experience. A college degree is desired.



Job responsibilities:

 

·  Answer moderate to busy phones

·  Supply information to callers and relay messages

·  Meet and greet all visitors including vendors, clients and job candidates

·  Execute all shipping needs for M!  UPS online, local couriers, etc…

·  Order and track all of M!’s subscriptions to magazines and publications

·  Manage our monthly T-Pass program

·  Sign off on library expenses for M! Library

·  Maintain and order all office supplies, office furniture and shipping supplies

·  Manage the maintenance of office (cleaners)

·  Order specialty items for Broadcast/Production’s Editing Dept.

·  Manage and schedule the company conference room calendar

·  Coordinate all catering orders for in-house client meetings

·  Break down all shipping and Cab invoices by Job reference

·  Order food, condiments and supplies for M! kitchen weekly

·  Work closely with all of our vendors to ensure the best service and price

·  General assistance where needed
