This position holds two distinct primary responsibilities: to design materials and execute mechanicals from which publications or vendors can efficiently produce world-class communications materials.

This includes responsibility for the designs/mechanicals that you will create to the designs/mechanicals created by your team members.

The Graphic Artist position is an integral part of both the creation and execution processes of N-GEN STUDIOS. So you must possess a deep and flexible skill set to both design and execute materials and alternate between the two processes based on client demand. To meet this goal and be successful, you will need the skills and experience to partner with client side Creatives and Project Managers.

Qualifications:
• BA in Graphic Design, Communications Design, or related field
• Experience within an agency, design firm, or in-house graphics service or equivalent is a plus
• A strong aesthetic eye is mandatory
• Detail-orientated
• Hardware and software skills required: Macintosh platform Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) Quark Xpress Microsoft Word Microsoft Excel a plus
• Prepress or production knowledge mandatory, experience within a related company type is a plus
