Graphic Arts Coordinator

The Graphic Arts Coordinator position is highly administrative in nature, requiring the precise preparation, review, proofing, trafficking and file maintenance of all materials.  Responsibilities for the position include:

 Assisting in the development and on-going revisions of packaging components for pharmaceutical products according to customer requirements and FDA guidelines.Working closely with our Regulatory Affairs staff to ensure accuracy and compliance with FDA requirements.Coordinating new and revised artwork, diligently tracking status and revisions from inception to completion.Producing collateral material, such as trade show booth graphics, flyers and presentation sheets. Organizing trade shows, including registration and promotional materials.

 

Qualifications and key competencies include:

 2+ years experience in an administrative graphic arts or related position, preferably in a pharmaceutical environmentProficient knowledge of Illustrator and Photoshop required in a MAC environment, in addition to Excel and Adobe Suite Must be highly organized with a strong attention to detail to ensure regulatory compliance and customer satisfactionExcellent communication skills required to work interdepartmentally at every level, along with a clear focus on customer serviceA Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred
