Graphics Project Manager - Silicon Valley

Job Description:

 

To better service our brokerage needs in the graphics and marketing arena, we have created a Graphics Project Manager position located in the San Jose office.  This position would work in close conjunction with the Research Project Manager.  The major responsibilities of this position include designing off-the-shelf marketing materials, creating marketing proposals in conjunction with a broker or brokerage team, working with Managing Partner and the research & graphics departments to create templates for timely and relevant reports, and representing the Silicon Valley Offices on companywide projects to enhance marketing applications. An additional key role of the Graphics Project Manager will be to coordinate with our broker teams in their efforts to design quality proposals for their owner and tenant businesses.  These responsibilities shall be carried out for the Silicon Valley offices in San Jose, Foster City, Gilroy, and Palo Alto. 

 

Qualifications:

 

3-5 years experience working in a commercial brokerage real estate office or similar sales environment.  A college degree in Marketing and/or Advertising is strongly preferred.  The following skills and knowledge are a requirement in this position:

1.  A working knowledge of marketing and advertising within the real estate industry.

2.  Extensive experience using Adobe Creative Suite as well as MS Office work suite, which includes Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint. 

3.  Strong written communication skills with an attention to detail.

4.  Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on a collaborative approach with co-workers.

 

Overview of Core Responsibilities (does not represent all responsibilities for this position):

 Be an in-house resource for the sales agents, with expertise using all “company standard” tools & resources.Strategize and work alongside brokerage teams to develop leading edge proposals for exclusive representation assignments.

3.  Design quarterly commercial real estate statistics and reports, including corporate projects.

4.  Review local business periodicals for trends and advertising ideas.

5.  Review, update and make office resources and recommendations.Work closely with corporate and regional sales offices on companywide initiatives.Work closely with the Silicon Valley graphics and staff departments on company-wide and local office initiative and may require project management between these groups.Be responsible for press releases, periodical contracts, as well as, designing ads.
