Job Title: Group Director,  Web Analytics and MarketingLocation: Detroit Metro Area, MI (only local candidates will be considered)  Salary: $150k+ plus bonus Job Description:  One of the leading marketing services agencies is seeking a seasoned Group Director to lead their Web Analytics and Marketing Performance Division. This role is responsible for the measurement and on-going optimization of digital channels including online advertising, web sites, eMail and Emerging Technologies (Wireless, iTV, VOD, etc).   Responsibilities: General: Client/account facing: representing all Digital Analytics (web, online advertising, email and emerging trends) Management of regional web Analytics resources and over-sighting global analytics resources   Broad coordination between web analytics organizations Institutionalizing the process/methodology for campaign goal setting across channels to enhance channel integration and further promote the institutionalization of Digital best practices and continuous improvement within the organization Work closely with respective team members from various disciplines (media, creative, project management, account and analytics) within the agency and the client to optimize and coordinate advertising campaign strategies Provide support with special projects and initiatives Overall Digital Analytics Scope CoordinationProject Specific Leadership Analytics Workstream Management Digital Scorecard Ownership and Coordination Beyond Interactive Campaign Management Tool Implementation Monthly Digital Campaign Performance Reviews (Truck/SUV, Car/Crossover, Brand Content and Alliances) Advocate/facilitator of Web Optimization, Online Advertising and email Optimization within the agency and clients Work closely with respective team members from various disciplines (media, creative, project management, account and analytics) within the agency and the client to optimize and coordinate advertising campaign strategiesTo apply, please email resume as Word document to shuang@talenthunter.net MRINetwork is the largest and most successful search organization in the world.
