Thriving marketing services agency is seeking a talented and technology savvy individual to lead their Digital Marketing team. The Group Director, Digital Marketing Performance, is responsible for the measurement and on-going optimization of digital channels including online advertising, web sites, eMail and Emerging Technologies (Wireless, iTV, VOD, etc). 

Responsibilities:Client/account facing responsibilities representing all Digital Analytics (web, online advertising, email and emerging trends). Management of web Analytics resources. Institutionalizing the process/methodology for campaign goal setting across channels to enhance channel integration and further promote the institutionalization of Digital best practices and continuous improvement within the organization. Analytics Workstream Management.Digital Scorecard Ownership and Coordination.Monthly Digital Campaign Performance Reviews. Overall Digital Analytics Scope Coordination.Advocate/facilitator of Web Optimization, Online Advertising and email Optimization within the agency and clients.




Requirements:BA/BS degree in marketing, communications, technology MA preferred.4 - 5 yrs years experience in digital/mobile AND email marketing or other Web 2.0 CRM marketing programs.Minimum of 7 years interactive account management or agency/marketing services-related experience.Extensive knowledge and experience with as wide an array as possible of digital communication methods. A command of digital marketing best practices, with an ability to incorporate them into program implementation.
