Key Responsibilities

 

· Provide HR Leadership to growing international consulting services firm to include:  Public Relations, Public Affairs, and Political Marketing, Research & Production headquartered in Miami with operations in Dominican Republic, Colombia & Argentina.

· Lead recruiting efforts for Consulting Group helping fill talent gap and identifying, hiring and on-boarding top-notch professionals with desired competencies to elevate the organization’s capabilities and credentials.

· Handle HR issue affecting company morale as well as apply rewards and consequences program. 

· Spearhead organizational development efforts to include strengthening corporate infrastructure, restructuring as needed, providing leadership regarding staffing assignments, propelling corporate/professional advancement plans as well as leadership coaching and training opportunities

· Manage Internal Communications effort, orchestrate staff meetings and provide CEO and senior leadership with messaging support.

· Help build organizational culture and extend corporate values and fulfill agency mission and vision.

· Add value by establishing policies, manuals, and codes of conduct that can provide discipline to organization.

· Instill confidence amongst staff about company’s commitment to continuously take it to the next level. 

 

Profile

· Experienced HR Professional with 7+ years of related experience ideally leading international teams

· Professional Services/Marketing/PR Firm experience preferred

· Insightful professional capable of counseling/working alongside senior management

· Intuitive individual with great judgment who knows how to read between the lines.

· Knowledgeable of US Labor Laws (Experience in Latin America Labor Laws a plus)

· Must be a multitasker

· Spanish-speaking bilingual professional who can effectively communicate and inspire regional offices and staff

· Ability to travel to Latin America a must
