Status: Full Time, Temporary/Contract/Project Job Category: Creative/Design Career/Level: Experienced (Non-Manager) Years of Experience: 2+ to 5 Years Reference Code: M-130-tm-41992 Hands-On Interactive Creative Director Hands-On Interactive Creative Director My client is currently looking for an experienced and versatile Hands-On Interactive Creative Director for there Los Angeles office. The interactive designer, in collaboration with the existing creative team will develop strategically-driven integrated communications for our client. They will be responsible for developing breakthrough interactive solutions; site layouts and prototypes, promotional landing pages, email communications and other online creative in support of their integrated marketing campaigns.RESPONSIBILITIES: Collaborate with the existing creative team to concept and design integrated program communications; offline and online executions. Lead the design of interactive communications as part of integrated campaigns. Develop comprehensive site and email design prototypes. Take part in new business presentations. Must be able to function in a fast-paced collaborative agency environment and be able to prioritize and successfully manage multiple projects/deadlines simultaneously. Ability to take direction, but also to think independently to solve challenges. Educate traditional print designers and art directors on designing for interactive media. Provide production support as needed for in-house Interactive Studio.EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Familiarity with CRM/Relationship Management programs and direct marketing advertising. Must possess experience in, and knowledge of, new and emerging technologies, current usability standards, and best user-experience practices online. 4 years minimum hands-on interactive design experience. Solid online portfolio that shows cutting-edge interactive/web/email design. Strong proficiency with HTML, XHTML, CSS and Photoshop.
