As a Help Desk Representative based in Cleveland, OH, your primary mission will be to provide first-level technical support to more than 1,000 users nationwide. Your past experience in applications support and desktop/network support--particularly Lotus Notes, Windows XP, and LAN--will allow you to troubleshoot to find solutions efficiently and professionally when problems arise, and escalate to other team members when necessary. Knowledge of and familiarity with call management systems such as HEAT will allow you to effectively monitor and track your requests for support. Your technical skills pale in comparison to our need for superior customer service provided with excellent communication skills.
