Houston Sales Representative

Plano-based, successful credit restoration firm seeking a highly motivated self-starter to come on board as a Sales Rep. This position provides a base salary plus uncapped commission, uncapped bonus plan, with plenty of advancement potential. Corporate office is located in Plano, Texas (North of Dallas), but looking for Houston Market Representative.  We are a team that is highly focused on helping people and building relationships. We also take pride in operating with the highest of integrity to our clients, partners, and to each other – and are looking for representatives who operate by the same standards. Essential Functions: 

1.      Field calls from referral partners and potential clients in an effort to increase sales productivity on a daily basis. Upon receipt of lead, referral, or anyone showing interest in service the Representative is to forward that representative to Inside Sales/Enrollment. Minimum expectation is 10 leads per day and 50 deals per month.

2.      Cold call mortgage companies, real estate companies, financial advisors, car dealerships, or other business resources in order to solicit people to refer business to UCS.

3.      Input all leads, referrals, and referral partners into company database system and maintaining communication notes on said entries. Once a lead or referral has been sent in to the company, Representative is responsible for ensuring all of the correct information is sent over to the Inside Sales Department through reasonable means (call, e-mail, or through IKE).

4.      Responsible for maintaining a weekly calendar of meetings and events available for viewing by the designated area Manager.

5.      Responsible to maintain all referral partner relationships to ensure a continued business relationship.

6.      Expected to put in a 40 hour workweek. The company maintains an 8a.m. to 5 p.m. workday, however the Representative can be flexible in their work schedule. The only requirement from the company is to get pre-approval of time off requests. Any time off requests need to be submitted at least 2 weeks prior to requested time off.

Requirements:

1.      High School Diploma, or equivalent. Higher education a plus.

2.      Wholesale Account Executive experience for Mortgage Industry a plus.

3.      Credit knowledge a plus

4.      Minimum 3 years sales experience

5.      Must be sensitive, patient and able to make good judgment calls

6.      Ability to maintain caring and professional tone in all interactions with leads and partners

7.      Excellent follow-up skills; detail oriented

8.      Excellent telephone etiquette as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills

9.      Able to sit at workstation for extended periods of time

10.  Good organizational skills; innovative & creative in regards to organizing and streamlining

11.  Data entry skills required; familiar with computer applications

12.  Dependable and on-time; your own transportation

13.  Must be a team player and a self-starter with that requires minimum supervision

14.  Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
