Human Resource Manager
Working closely with the Director of Human Resources, you will be supporting all areas of human resources including: recruitment and selection, training and development, performance management, HRIS administration and Payroll. You have excellent employee relation’s skills as well as experience participating/implementing organizational change initiatives, especially in the areas of performance management, compensation and training. Strong project management and process-orientation as well as a high tolerance for ambiguity amidst change a must. Good consultative skills and strong ability/willingness to identify and constructively address and resolve difficult employee relation’s issues also important.
Your primary responsibilities will include: Coordinating the recruitment process from beginning to end including: screening resumes, conducting behavioral interviews and retaining market research professionals Assist in the development and administration of North American Training and Development programs Conducting on boarding and orientation sessions for all new hires Maintaining and updating HR databases and employee files to ensure information is accurate and up-to-date Responding to complaints, concerns, and inquiries regarding benefits and corporate policies in a professional and timely manner. Coordinating various programs such as Performance Management & Annual Compensation Review Process Maintain and update vacation tracking reports on a monthly basis Special projects as required.
Our ideal candidate has completed their post secondary education in Human Resources and has 4+ years working as an HR Professional; you have excellent computer skills and advanced knowledge of MS Excel. You are a team player who enjoys working in a fast paced environment.
