Human Resources Benefits Administrator

These services include strategic media planning and buying, creative productions, direct mail, web design and full service web marketing. PlattForm specializes in the proprietary school market, servicing over 2600 campus locations across the USA and Canada.

 

The HR Benefits Administrator is responsible for new employee orientations, administering and maintaining all employee benefits.  Will also maintain employee reviews including tracking anniversary dates and distributing paperwork accordingly. 

 

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

1.  Administer and collect all employment paperwork at orientation.

2.  Input new employees into all databases and programs needed.

3.  Track all insurance benefits including health, dental, and vision.

4.  Maintain all employee files as well as preparing paperwork for reviews.

5.  Answer all employee questions about Human Resources (benefits, PTOs, etc.).

6.  Assist Chief Operating Officer.

 

SECONDARY FUNCTIONS

1.  Interview assistance as needed.

2.  COBRA Administration.

3.  LTD, Life Insurance and Worker’s Compensation administration

4.  HIPAA and cross-training scheduling and conducting

5.  Help organize and plan company meetings and functions.

6.  Back up Receptionist on phones.
