CCG is looking for a motivated professional who will function as the primary agency resource for professional training of our agency’s staff, as well as manage an expanding human resource and benefits function. The position will be based in our Los Angeles, California office.

 

POSITION OVERVIEW:Supervision of a professional training program that impacts all 60 of our agency’s personnel located throughout the U.S. and Asia.Developing new training modules, and participation in the actual instruction process. Advancing the agency’s distance learning technologies and contributing to further innovation in training technologies.Personal coaching and mentoring. Daily management of the human resources function. Professional recruitment and retention programs. Benefits and compensation administration.

 

QUALIFICATIONS5 years experience in training in a personnel services context.Knowledge of human resources and benefits administration.Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bachelor’s degree and teaching or human resources training a plus.
