INTERACTIVE CREATIVE DIRECTOR NEEDED FOR GREAT COMPANY

OVERVIEW:

Located in Hollywood, our client is an integrated marketing agency that delivers world-class, creative solutions to their clients across a wide variety of media platforms. They have an immediate need for an Interactive Creative Director. (Senior Director or Director)

Responsibilities:

 

Primary responsibilities will range from creatively managing a creative team of designers, to being hands-on across all interactive projects, both from a production as well as creative perspective. The creative approval process on all interactive productions will flow through this candidate, and this candidate will be relied on heavily to concept and execute on all aspects of interactive design. The candidate will possess the ability to convey/communicate creative vision to clients, partners, and staff.

 

Qualifications:

 

- Must be an optimistic and inspiring leader as the candidate will be in a “high impact� position within the company and responsible for “setting the tone� for a broader creative team.

-Must possess strong knowledge of Adobe Web programs (Photoshop, Flash, Dreamweaver, etc.), as well as leadership and management skills.

- Timeliness and speed are taken into account for this position.

- Experience working with traditional and Rich Media ads are a big plus.

- Must have a minimum of 4 years working in the Entertainment business.

 

M client has a consistent volume of creatively demanding interactive marketing projects, and our focus on delivering world-class creative on-time for our clients demands that this person be comfortable multi-tasking and managing many “moving partsâ€�. 

 

Salary consideration: $100,000 - $130,000, depending on experience. Performance bonuses are possible on a discretionary basis at the end of each year, or as a reward for new business activity/referrals.
