This position requires a strong understanding of programming best practices and exposure to multiple phases in the project lifecycle. Candidate can expect to work on a wide variety of web, intranet, and multimedia applications.



Required Skills:
- PHP 4 or 5, MySQL, ActionScript 2.0, Flash, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS

- Design and development knowledge of back-end for new web solutions

- Participate in all aspects of the full project lifecycle

- Database Design, XML, AJAX, Dreamweaver and Photoshop

- Plesk server manager, PhpMyAdmin, SQL, RSS

- Solid grounding in UI best practices a must

- Strong written and verbal communications skills

- Small business IT management experience a plus

- Experience with portal sites (Sharepoint, Websphere, etc.) a plus

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or MIS preferred.
