Reporting to the Interactive Services Director, the Interactive Jr. Producer/Project Manager will work as part of a team including account service, creative, production and data to support the development and execution of interactive projects, resulting in successful interactive and integrated marketing campaigns.   This position will be responsible for managing projects from kick-off through deployment.

 

  Responsibilities:  Serve as a project manager/producer for the Interactive group on multiple, concurrent projects that vary in size and scope Lead/participate in requirements definition, solution analysis, design, implementation and test of web-based marketing solutions. Manage cross-functional teams across a full systems development life cycle Plan, manage and report project status, budget, and milestone achievements for all phases of a project Work closely with various groups of different disciplines to assure client satisfaction

 Requirements:  2+ plus years of project management and interactive marketing experience, should include production management of micro-sites, banners and HTML emails A strong understanding of project management concepts MUST have ability to manage multiple, concurrent projects A strong understanding of HTML and design of web pages and emails for optimum performance across all platforms and browsers and email clients Extensive knowledge of web technologies and constraints Extensive knowledge of web development process, especially design and production processes Profitability: Meets budget consistently Deadline driven:  Meets deadlines

Skills: BA/BS degree required, or equivalent; Strong project management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Visio, Word, Excel, etc. Experience with HTML, JavaScript, JSP, ASP.NET Ability to multi-task effectively Extremely detailed oriented Excellent time management, interpersonal and negotiation skills Ability to identify and implement process improvements Ability to work within a team environment across various agency groups: interactive, creative and account services Good oral and written communication skills
