Implementation Project Manager

The Project Manager is responsible for the planning, oversight and implementation of our  product suite within our clients global user base. This is primarily done through the management of project and client teams.  Will successfully deliver each project on time and on budget, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project life cycle.   The Project Manager will: Apply project and program management expertise towards the successful implementation and deployment of the solution suite. Work with customers to quantify project goals, identify critical success factors, and manage the project scope and accountabilities. Ensure all project work meets each client’s goals while successfully delivering within a defined schedule and budget.  This entails: Establishing project milestones, project plans, and communicating roles and time lines. Effectively allocating and managing project resources. Performing needs analysis and creating the system’s functional design. Identifying, managing and resolving project scope issues. Adhering to established processes, templates and product assets to achieve deliverables. Provide first-line client and account management for active projects. Contribute to ongoing improvement of products, solutions and processes.  Also will work to improve Implementation Services standards, asset development and methodologies. Required Qualifications: 5+ years project management experience. 3+ years project management experience around business process redesign and implementing enterprise software solutions. Experience managing project profitability, project teams, full development and implementation life cycle, and client management. Proven ability to work well with highly skilled technical resources and with mid to senior level contacts at large client organizations. Demonstrated experience with project management tools, methodologies and software (e.g. MS Project). Experience with document management/imaging technologies is preferred  i.e. Share point This position requires approximately 30-50% localized travel.
