Primary Responsibilities:Respond promptly, professionally and effectively to customer issues via phone, voicemail, and emailProvide customers with the status of Orders, Billing, Shipping and Product information.

 

Required Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesMust demonstrate proficiency in basic computer skillsProficient typing and accuracy. At least 25wpm.Ability to work in a fast paced environmentAbility to effectively use office equipment including personal computer, printers, copiers, fax machines, and phone.Ability to analyze and solve problemsAbility to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writingCompose sentences in accordance with basic grammar, punctuation, and capitalization rules.Must be able to lift at least 25lbsMust be able to stand, sit, bend, stretch, pull, push and/or type without limitationsMust be able to climb and/or descend stairs without assistance, if necessary.Must be able to work with co-workers and anyone coming in contact with the company business.Must display a courteous and positive attitudeMust be punctual and able to perform work as and when required by the company

 

Minimum Education & Experience Qualifications;Two years of college or work experience requiredPrevious ecommerce experience preferred; retail or customer service experience helpful.
