Industrial Recruiter

The Recruiter is expected to be able to source recruit, pre screen, interview, reference/background checks, preparation of new hire orientation packets and processing of new hire paperwork. Responsible for meeting established recruiting activity quotas and standards. The Recruiter provides customer service to our existing clients and represents Joulè at recruiting functions and community events. Primarily responsible for staffing open positions with craft personnel which includes Welder,Pipefitters, and Millwrights. Education and/or Experience: Must possess High School Degree. Minimum of one to two years experience in the staffing, human resources or customer service industry.Background in the Industrial Contracting field is a plus. Please submit resumes.
