As Recruitment/Inside Sales Manager, your mission is to lead by example -- mentoring and coaching our inside and recruitment team to achieve sales excellence. You'll help them articulate our value proposition, bringing innovative solutions and ideas to HR professionals and forging win-win partnerships.

This is a hands-on leadership position and you'll spend a considerable portion of your time selling alongside the team as you help them articulate our value proposition, bringing innovative solutions and ideas to HR professionals and forging win-win partnerships that drive revenue and customer satisfaction.
