A leading internet marketing company is looking for an Inside Sales Representative responsible for developing leads and closing deals. The Rep will focus on outbound calls and emails to a targeted list of opportunities in a lead database that is already developed. He/she will be responsible for a quota of qualified account sales. Must have an understanding of corporate structures and be able to navigate them and communicate with senior level decision-makers. Proficiency at communicating business need and convincing qualified people to take calls is crucial. No prior sales experience is necessary.

 

Responsibilities:

 Identify, develop and close and targeted list of potential accounts, with responsibility for all phases of the sales process Determine during the qualification process the scope of opportunity, timelines, key decision makers, decision-making process, etc. Manage and track leads and activity in the a database Maintain customer satisfaction through strong account management and implementation skills Volume prospecting over the phone, 50-80 cold calls a day Recognizing and executing up sell opportunities

 

 

Requirements:

 Energetic and outgoing personality Strong interpersonal teamwork skills Strong telephone and presentation skills Effective time-management skills Strong work ethic and the ability to juggle multiple projects Bachelors degree required Prior start-up experience a plus
