is7 and its Spanish-language group, ePuerta, provide comprehensive interactive solutions to national and international clients, many of whom are large not-for-profit organizations. is7 and ePuerta are the interactive divisions of Stratmark, Ltd., a strategic marketing company that combines in-depth fundraising counsel, data analytics and strategic planning services with a full range of programs and project management.

 

is7 and ePuerta is seeking an entry level Interactive Account Coordinator who will become part of the is7 Client Service team based in our Richardson, TX office.

 

Position Summary

 

The Interactive Account Coordinator will collaborate with the Interactive Account Manager and Interactive Account Supervisor on a variety of client projects. Some projects will be managed solely by the Interactive Account Coordinator and therefore require good project management skills, in order to develop and execute within the agreed time frames. They will have daily contact with clients and work closely with strategic, creative and production teams; hence a team orientated individual with excellent organizational and communication skills is critical. They will also assist in the development of strategic plans, budgets and results analysis for clients.

 

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

 

-  good project management skills

-  excellent organizational skills

- excellent interpersonal skills – with both client and team

-  good communication skills – both oral and written

-  initiative / multi-task driven

-  understanding of a fast paced environment

-  familiarity with Excel, Word, Power Point, MS Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and the internet

 

This is an ideal position for an entry level candidate, or a candidate with one or two years experience. If the successful candidate has not worked in a business environment before, they will be able to demonstrate the above attributes within their academic environment and through any internships or employment they have undertaken during their time at university. They will have a Bachelor’s degree and must want to work in a dynamic advertising agency style environment, with a desire to be at the forefront of innovative web site marketing.
